Right of withdrawal and return of goods
In the context of distance selling (without the simultaneous physical presence of the parties), you have, according to Article L 121-20 of the French Consumer Code, a period of seven (7) clear days to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify your reasons or pay penalties, except for the cost of return. The above time limit runs from receipt for goods or acceptance of the offer for services. The return request is made by logging on to the www.jeanfontan.com website in the contact section. Simply contact us specifying the order number, specify the products you wish to return and the reason for the return. You can return within 7 days and at your expense the items in their original packaging. You can then benefit from a credit note or choose to be reimbursed for the purchase (excluding return delivery costs) by cheque or transfer in euros (transfer costs at your expense for a transfer abroad). The refund of the items in your order or the generation of a credit note will only be made after verification by our customer service department of the quantity and quality of the items returned to us. Items must be returned to us, with their packaging, in their original condition. The risks of breakage linked to the return of an item in poor packaging or by an unsuitable means of transport are borne by the customer. This right of withdrawal is therefore exercised without penalty, except for the return costs.
Guarantees
In accordance with Article 4 of Decree No. 78-464 of March 24, 1978, the provisions hereof cannot deprive you of the legal guarantee which obliges the professional seller to guarantee you against all the consequences of hidden defects of the thing sold. The company ZEpress is not the producer of the products presented within the framework of the web site www.jeanfontan.com, within the meaning of the law n°98-389 of May 19, 1998 and relating to the responsibility because of the defective products. Consequently, in the event of damage caused to a person or a good by a defect of the product, only the responsibility of the producer of this one could be sought by the Customer, on the basis of the information appearing on the packing of the aforementioned product. The responsibility for "Jeanfontan.com" could not be committed in the event of nonrespect of the legislation of the country where the products are delivered. It is your responsibility to check with local authorities the possibilities of importing or using the products or services you plan to order.
